celebuzz Taylor Lautner‘s character in The Twilight Saga is known for going sans shirt throughout major portions of the films, but fans should know there is only one shirtless scene to ogle at in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
“There’s only one in this one, but it’s a serious one,” Lautner told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan when he visited Live with Kelly and Michael Friday referring to a scene in Breaking Dawn – Part 2 where he strips down.
Strahan joked with the actor, asking him whether or not he’d be keeping his shirt on in films now that the Twilight franchise is over.
“I hope so,” says Lautner. “At least a little more than this. It definitely comes off too much in this series.”
Speaking of his physique, the star told the co-hosts that “as soon as the franchise ended, it changed, my workout regiment, my eating habits – that bulk I had on wasn’t really natural for my body. I had to work really hard to get up there and work really hard to stay there.” He then indicated that no longer eating 15 burger patties and 8 meals a day made him lose some of what he had and he’s ok with that.
